1. Acceptance and Applicability

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cargo Empire game ("Game") and our related services ("Services"). The Game and Services are provided and operated by Spexron SOFT. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game on your device, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please uninstall the Game from your device and terminate your use of our Services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms include additional supervision guidelines for users under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Game or perform in-game transactions without the reasonable consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Creation, Security and Deletion

Our Services do not utilize local membership or password systems, and session management is carried out through Google OAuth or other supported secure social login methods. You agree to comply with the following guidelines for account security:

To take reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your accounts on social login platforms.
To remain responsible for in-game activities and purchases made through your account or in-game profile.
To refrain from renting, selling, or transferring your user profile or account to third parties.

Account Deletion and Data Loss: In the event of account deletion or termination, your in-game progress, statistics, vehicles, in-game currency, and purchased digital content may be removed from our systems. Once this process is completed, restoring the previous progress status may not be technically possible or available due to technical limitations.

WARNING: If it is determined that you have provided misleading or manipulative data in your profile information, or engaged in actions that affect the fair game structure, your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended or restricted.

3. License Terms and Intellectual Property

Spexron SOFT offers you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and limited right of use (license) to use the Game and Services under these Terms:

To play the Game for entertainment purposes within the permitted legal rules.
To benefit from social and competitive features offered by the Game in accordance with community guidelines.

Intellectual Property: Graphic designs, 3D models, interface elements, sound effects, music, logos, characters, and software codes in the game are protected by copyright laws and the owner is Spexron SOFT. Except to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, reverse engineering, decompilation, source code extraction, API and packet analysis, attempts to bypass security mechanisms, modifying game files, or manipulating the game client are prohibited.

4. Prohibited Actions and Anti-Cheat

In order to support a fair, balanced, and enjoyable gaming environment, the following actions are prohibited when using the Game:

Using cheats, bots, macros, exploits, or abusing bugs and in-game errors.
Multi-account abuse, account sharing, or selling/trading accounts.
Attempting to sell or trade in-game virtual currency, vehicles, or other items on external platforms in exchange for real money.
Harassing, threatening, or engaging in hate speech against other players via chat or community channels.
Attempting to manipulate the game economy, leaderboards, or game databases.
Unauthorized access attempts or any behaviors that threaten game security and community guidelines.

5. Account Sanctions and Suspension

Depending on the severity of the violation of these Terms or community guidelines, Spexron SOFT reserves the right to apply the following sanctions:

Warning: Issuing formal warning messages regarding the violation.
Temporary Restriction: Temporarily blocking access to specific in-game features (e.g., chat).
Temporary Suspension: Temporarily blocking access to the user account (temporary ban).
Permanent Suspension: Permanently blocking access to the user account (permanent ban).
Asset Removal: Deletion or resetting of in-game assets, virtual currency, or progress obtained through rule violations.
Account Termination: Permanent closure of the user account and termination of Services.

6. Purchases and Virtual Products

Cargo Empire contains in-game purchases and virtual currency:

In-game virtual currency and items (coins, gold, etc.) are licensed digital content. These purchases do not transfer any ownership or property rights to the user.
In-game currencies are not real money, and virtual products have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for real currency.
Spexron SOFT reserves the right to update or modify in-game economic values, item configurations, and pricing.
Payments, purchase transactions, and refunds are subject to the payment policies of the platform store (Google Play, App Store) you use.

Advice to Parents: In order to support prevention of unwanted or unauthorized purchases, we recommend that you activate password-protected payment options in the app store settings on devices used by your children.

7. Right to Modify and Terminate the Game

Spexron SOFT reserves the right to perform the following actions:

Modify any feature of the game, add new features, or remove existing features.
Modify the in-game economic system, values, or balance parameters.
Merge game servers or close specific servers.
Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or update processes.
Completely terminate the Game or Services.

These modifications and changes may be announced in advance when appropriate, but such notice is not mandatory in all cases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We present the Game and Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis:

We do not warrant or guarantee that the Game will run uninterrupted, error-free, or with zero risk of data loss.
No guarantees are made regarding the security, accuracy, or compatibility of the Game with all devices or networks.
Access to the Game may be temporarily affected due to maintenance, updates, internet outages, or hardware limitations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spexron SOFT may not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game, including system failures, device damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Amendments and Validity

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service to adapt to our development processes or changes in legal legislation. All changes made will gain validity from the moment they are published on this page. Continuing to play the Game after changes are published may be interpreted as acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that may arise from the application or interpretation of the Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices.
